Shipping & Delivery Policy – ​​Proof & Legal Process
We are committed to providing safe, reliable and timely shipping service to our customers. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully, which includes Shiprocket, packaging, delivery, proof of damaged products and legal process.

  1. Shipping Partner & Delivery Process
    We ship through Ship rocket.

• The customer will be provided with an order tracking link after order confirmation, through which they can check their order status.

• Shipping times may vary depending on location and product availability:

• Domestic Shipping: 5-10 working days

• Delivery of orders may be delayed if:

• Natural Disasters

• Custom Clearance

• Logistics Delays

• Incorrect Address

  1. Packaging & Damage Proofing

• All products are shipped with custom packaging and multi-layer protection to prevent damage in transit.

• Canvas Painting, Wooden Sketch, Pencil Sketch, Wall Painting, Acrylic Photo Frame are shipped in bubble wrap, hard box, and shockproof packaging.

• The packaging contains the company logo, tracking number, and security sticker.

  1. Proof of Damage & Claim Process
    If the customer receives a damaged, lost, or wrong item, the following proofs will be required:
  1. Unboxing Video – (Mandatory)
  2. Clear Images of Product, Including Damaged Areas
  3. Images of Packaging with Label & Tracking ID Visible

Eligibility for Replacement/Refund


• The customer must file a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

• If the customer is unable to provide proof, the replacement or refund may be denied.

• If Shiprocket or any other logistics partner loses or damages the product, the company will provide a solution through an insurance claim.

  1. Non-Delivery & Re-shipment
    • If the order is not delivered due to the following reasons:

• Wrong Address or Incomplete Address
• Customer Not Available at Delivery Time
• Logistics Delay beyond Our Control

• the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipping.
• If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the refund will be made minus the shipping charges.

  1. Legal Procedure as per Companies Act, 2013
    We operate all our shipping and delivery services under the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

(A) Dispute Resolution
• If a customer faces a shipping or delivery issue, he/she must first contact our customer service team. If the customer is dissatisfied with the solution, the matter will be escalated to the Company’s Legal Department.

• The customer must file all disputes via email or written documentation.

(B) Jurisdiction & Governing Law

• In case of any legal dispute, it will be settled under Indian laws.

• All legal proceedings will fall under the jurisdiction of [State or Central Government Courts as per your location].

(C) Claim Against Logistics Partner

• If the product is lost or damaged due to the fault of the logistics partner, the Company may file an insurance claim against Shiprocket or other courier partner.

• The customer will get a refund or replacement only if the insurance claim is successfully received from the logistics partner.

  1. Policy Changes

• We reserve the right to update our shipping and delivery policy from time to time.

• If any major changes are made, it will be published on our website.

• Purchases made after any policy change will be considered acceptance.
