Cancellation Policy – ​​Proof and Legal Process
We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience to our customers. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully, including the requirement for proof of damaged products and the legal process.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

(A) Cancellation by Customer


The customer can cancel the order only if the shipping process of the product has not started.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of digital products and customized paintings (Canvas Painting, Wooden Sketch, Pencil Sketch, Wall Painting) will not be allowed.

(B) Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel the order if the product is not available in stock or cannot be delivered due to any unforeseen circumstances.

In case of cancellation of any paid order, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 7-10 working days.

If the customer is found to be involved in suspicious activities (such as repeatedly placing fake orders or committing fraud), we may cancel their order.

  1. Proof of Damage & Return Eligibility
    If the customer receives a product in damaged or defective condition, the following proofs are required for refund or replacement:

The customer must notify us of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer must submit the following proofs:

Clear Images of the Product

Images of Packaging & Box Condition

Unboxing Video, if possible

If the customer is unable to prove the damaged product, the return and refund request may be rejected.

If the damaged product claim is found to be justified, the customer will be given the option of replacement or refund.

  1. Legal Procedure as per Companies Act, 2013

Our Company complies with all the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and the Consumer Protection Act. If a customer has any legal issues with our cancellation, return, or refund process, the following legal procedures will apply:

(A) Dispute Resolution

The customer must first contact our Customer Service team and present their issue in a proper manner.

If the issue is not resolved through the Customer Service team, the matter will be escalated to the Company’s Legal Department.

(B) Statutory Compliance

We will take action under the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Companies Act, 2013 in the event of any legal dispute.

As per Company policy, any legal dispute will be submitted to the Indian Courts (within the Indian jurisdiction).

(C) Jurisdiction & Governing Law

In case of any legal dispute, it will be governed by Indian laws and subject to the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.

Customers must first attempt arbitration or conciliation to settle any dispute.

  1. Refund and its legal aspects

If the customer’s refund request is accepted, the following terms will apply:

Refund Process – The amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment mode within 7-10 working days.

Refund Deduction – If any payment gateway charges or shipping charges are applicable, the same may be deducted from the refund.

Refused Refund – If the customer provides incorrect information or conceals the actual condition of the product, the refund will be rejected.

If a customer is found guilty of improperly obtaining a refund, the Company will have the right to take legal action.

  1. Policy Changes
    We reserve the right to amend our cancellation and refund policy from time to time.
    If any material changes are made, they will be published on our website.
    A purchase made after any policy change will be deemed acceptance.
