1.) Canvas Painting : If the canvas painting is damaged or defective, customer can request for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
2.) Pencil Sketch : Pencil sketch being handmade artwork, refund or replacement will be allowed only in case of damage or wrong delivery.
3.) Wall Painting : If the wall painting has any manufacturing defect or wrong product is sent, customer can request for a refund within 7 days.
4.) Acrylic Photo Frame : If the acrylic photo frame is delivered broken or with scratches, customer will be given the option of replacement or refund.
5.) Wooden Painting : If the wooden painting is found to have any damage or quality issue, customer can request for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
We give our highest priority to customer satisfaction. If you experience any problem with one of our products, you can request for a refund as per the terms and conditions below.
1.) Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only available for products that have any damage, defect or are the wrong product shipped.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
If the customer does not like the product but it is in good condition, refunds will not be given in such cases.
2.) Refund Process
The customer must contact our Customer Support for a refund request.
The request must be accompanied by the order number, product photo and description of the problem.
Our team will review the request and if eligibility is met, a refund or replacement will be processed
3.) When and how will I get a refund?
Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Refund will be made through the same payment method used to place the order.
4.) Refund will not be available if:
The product is used or damaged.
Customer has provided wrong address, resulting in non-delivery.
Refund will not be available for customized orders (such as custom name, design etc.).
